"Heiwaka" is a private rental villa that can accommodate 4 to 6 people.Meals are not included in the accommodation price.
The accommodation price is the same for up to 4 people.If you use it for more than 5 people, we will charge an additional fee for each additional person from the fifth person.

For the reconstruction of sightseeing in Miyagi Prefecture, there is an accommodation tax of 300 yen per person per night.

No child pricing is set.For children aged 2 or over, the price is the same as an adult.Please include it in the number of guests.Children under 2 years old can stay for free, but futons and towels are not provided.If you want a futon for children under 2 years old, please include it in the number of guests.

Towels and toothbrushes will be set in the room when you arrive.We will provide one towel per 2 nights.

* It is strictly prohibited to take home towels that are set in advance.

About ■Check-in
In principle, please check in between 15: 00-20: 00.
Check-in is possible after 20:00, but please be careful as there are times when we can't accept it.

20:00 ~ Zao Sansui Garden Management Office
"Heiwaka" is located in the villa management area "Zao Sansui-en".There is a gate at the entrance of Zao Sansui Garden, and guests will open the gate with the remote control key that will be given to you at check-in to enter the gate.You cannot come directly to "Heiwaka" without going through the gate.
"Heiwaka" is a 2-minute drive from the entrance gate.
There is no shuttle service or taxi service from the check-in location to "Heiwaka".Please come by car.
Getting to know the ■barbecue facilities
Fire barbecues, fireworks, etc. are prohibited in Zao Sansui Garden.
If you wish to barbecue, please use the BBQ facility "Wild Zao Village", a 1-minute drive from the Zao Sansui Garden entrance gate (reservation is required for up to 3 days to use).It is open from 11: 00 to 14: 00/16: 00-19: 00.Please inquire via message once your stay is confirmed.Here are some details.
Other things to note
・ The area around "Heiwaka" is densely populated with buildings.There are also many permanent residents, so please be especially mindful of outdoor voices at night.If there are complaints from neighbors, etc., you may be asked to leave immediately.
・ "Heiwaka" is a completely non-smoking property.
There is no TV or washing machine.Please use the coin laundry for washing machines.
