Guests love this home’s scenic location.
An above garage studio apt with beautiful treetop & vineyard views. Ideally located on the Seneca Scenic Byway amidst dozens of wineries, breweries, distilleries & restaurants. Close to the Stone Cat Cafe & a 1 min drive to Smith Park public beach & boat launch. The Finger Lakes National Forest & Watkins Glen State park offer miles of trails nearby. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a break with your bestie. Looking for a total reset? Ask about adding a sound healing session to your stay.

The space
Open, airy with modern touches and all the basic comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the small private deck for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. On a shared property where the main house is our home. The apartment is oriented perfectly so that we all have complete privacy, use of their own indoor and outdoor space and onsite parking.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire studio apartment, balcony with small sitting area and the ground level patio with a table and charcoal grill.

Please park directly in front of the wine barrel marked “Loft Parking” If you need to bring more than one vehicle please message me for parking instructions.

Smith Memorial Park is a 15 minute walk or 1 minute drive down the hill where you will find public lake access and day use recreation areas.
