The space
Open, airy with modern touches and all the basic comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the small private deck for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. On a shared property where the main house is our home. The apartment is oriented perfectly so that we all have complete privacy, use of their own indoor and outdoor space and onsite parking.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire studio apartment, balcony with small sitting area and the ground level patio with a table and propane grill.

Please park directly in front of the wine barrel marked “Loft Parking” If you need to bring more than one vehicle please message me for parking instructions.

Close to so much incredible hiking in the National Forest just a few minutes away and of course you can't miss the Watkins Glen State Park just ten miles away. Smith Memorial Park is a 15 minute walk or 1 minute drive down the hill where you will find public lake access and day use recreation areas.
