Conveniently located just minutes away from the excitement of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the breathtaking Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you'll experience the perfect blend of seclusion and proximity to all the action.

🏡 Main Level: Step inside the main level, and you'll be greeted by a cozy living room that beckons you to unwind in front of the inviting stacked stone gas fireplace. The room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a recliner, a glider rocker, a TV, a ceiling fan, and beautiful wood flooring. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room combo with seating for four. On this level, you'll also find a spacious queen bedroom, complete with a TV and more charming wood flooring. Accessible from this bedroom is a comfortable queen bedroom with its TV, a chair, and a doorway leading to the deck/hot tub area. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is easily accessible from the hallway, and a laundry room closet is tucked away for your convenience, featuring a stacked washer/dryer.

🏡 Upper Level: Venture to the upper level, where a luxurious king bedroom awaits. This bedroom boasts a TV, a bedside Jacuzzi for unwinding, a sofa, a ceiling fan, and more delightful wood flooring. An en-suite full bathroom on this level includes a glass-enclosed stand-up shower with elegant tile flooring.

The only off-limits area are the owner's closets - one upstairs and one downstairs. Except for this, the entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Other things to note
For your safety and ours, there are security cameras outside the property, by the main entrance and by the sides of the property with no view of the hot tub, for your privacy. No cameras inside.

The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 and must be present during the entire stay. No third party bookings are allowed.
