This ski-in, ski-out home offers 3 bdrm, 3 and 1/2 bath, a spacious loft + an upscale open living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Less than a 10 min. walk to the ski village!

You'll have full access to our entire side of the duplex. With all new furnishings, cozy fireplace + outside patio set, you'll have everything you need to start your mountain adventure!

The space
HEATH'S VIEW

Parking: Free parking for up to 3 cars (one inside garage) and room for 2 outside. You'll receive a pass to place in your cars. Any other vehicles can park at the main parking lot for a fee.

Layout: This is a 2230 sq. foot home with 3 floors. The open kitchen/dining/living room is on the main floor and has a powder bath, accessible by the front door and garage door. The covered patio is also on this level.

The top floor boasts a newly built loft with two twin pull-outs (sleeps 2). It also has a bedroom with 2 sets of queen/twin bunkbeds (can sleep a total of 6), as well as a bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower.

The lower level features a stackable washer/dryer and two bedrooms with king beds (sleeps 4 total) and their own bathrooms.

*pack n' play and highchair are available upon request. Toddler proof dishes can be found in the kitchen.

Location:

We're only 20 minutes up the hill from Sandpoint, ID (a cozy beach town with lots of restaurants, galleries + shopping).

We're a 1 hr 43 minute drive from Spokane Int'l Airport in WA.

We're a 52 minute drive from Silverwood Theme Park in ID.

We're a 1 hr 15 minute drive to Coeur d'Alene, ID.

Whether you're coming to Heath's View to enjoy the winter wonderland that is Schweitzer or biking, hiking or huckleberry picking on the off season - there is something for everyone here!

You have access to all areas of our side of the duplex, other than the locked owner's closets and our side-by-side ATV.

No shoes/boots/gear on the carpets.
