LAYOUT
🌟Main Level: Walk into the large, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with full access to the main level deck via the back door. A firepit and stainless steel gas grill are also available on the main level. A half bathroom is accessible from the main hall. One king suite with leather futon and ensuite bathroom with jetted tub and shower is also located on the main floor.
🌟Lower Level: Walk downstairs to reach our large game room, complete with kitchenette, leather foldout couch, fireplace, pool table, games, and more! Walk out onto the lower level deck and to the hot tub for the perfect spot to soak your cares away while gazing at the mountains. Continue down the hall to reach one of the king bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and the queen over queen bunk room with ensuite bathroom.
🌟Upper Level: Take the beautiful, log staircase upstairs to find the loft space furnished with a foosball table and leather futon. Continue down the hallway to reach two additional king bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs with ROKUs.
PROVIDED
-2 rolls toilet paper/bathroom, 2 rolls paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, laundry powder, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee pods and sugar are provided to help kick off your stay. We recommend that our guests stop at the nearby grocery stores for additional items to last the duration of your visit.
-Bath towels, kitchen towels, bed linens, hand/body soap, beach towels for the hot tub.
-The kitchen is fully loaded with plates, glasses, silverware, skillets, cooking utensils, crock pot, blender, pizza pans/cookie sheets, toaster, etc.
- Sheets, blankets and pillows for the futons are in the main floor Dolly bedroom closet. Sheets, blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa are in the game room pantry cabinets.
- Electric vehicle NEMA 14-50 50amp, 240 volt outlet (guests can plug their car-provided charging cord into this dryer-equivalent outlet)
*Items that you may want to bring: food, beverages, extra coffee, coffee filters (basket type), spices, napkins, foil, plastic wrap and extra laundry detergent.

Guests will have access to the entire property (except for the locked space under the house and the locked owner's closet).

**A $700 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. Please note: we are API connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez in order to safely and securely take security deposits. This is Airbnb approved.**
*Copies of photo ID are required- minimum age of primary renter is 23, as required by our HOA
**Sorry, no pets and no smoking within 10 feet of the cabin.*
*No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
*We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's schedule.
*4wd vehicles or chains are recommended for seasons with elevated risk of freezing temperatures, sleet or snow. We do not plow/shovel/treat the driveway in the event of heavy snow, main roads are salted and treated by the city
*This is a cabin in the woods. We have monthly pest control treatments both inside and outside of the property. You may encounter bugs/pests during your stay, please bring mosquito spray (if needed).
*CARPENTER BEES are an area-wide and seasonal pest in the Smokies. We treat and spray for them but you may see them around the cabin, as the treatment only eliminates them once they land.
*The hot tub is drained and cleaned after each guest. It can take up to 6 hours to reach optimal temperature. Please allow time night of check in for water to heat.
*PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE BEARS. Lock all cars upon exit and do not leave food outside.
*A motion activated security camera is present onsite, located at the front door entry/drive. It records video and audio 24/7 for the security of the property. There are NO cameras pointed at private spaces or inside.
