Guest access
Please be aware that we do operate another tent rental site on the property, however, they are nicely spaced out from one another. We ask that you be respectful of other guest’s areas and keep noise to a minimum so everyone can enjoy the solitude out there.

This is a working ranch, guests are not allowed on, or in, any of the pastures, houses, sheds or outbuildings located on the property. Additionally, there is a small pond and irrigation ditch located on the property, these are for ranching purposes only and guests are not allowed to use the irrigation ditch or pond for any recreational purposes. Any guests found in these areas or tampering with any equipment located on the ranch will be immediately evicted and fined for trespassing.

Other things to note
This site is meant to be intentionally rustic and still feel like camping. It’s not true luxury glamping. We understand that these off-grid, self-service sites aren’t for everyone but we do our absolute best to set expectations for these sites before you arrive. If you’re expecting a luxury glamping experience, this site is not for you. If you want to stay on a unique private property, still feel like you’re camping and have no problem bringing your own gear, this is for you!

The glamping sites are completely off the grid, without water or electricity. Because of the remote location, we operate them as “self service”. This means no cleaning fees, however, guests are required to bring their own bedding and drinking water. Additionally, guests will need to clean the site and remove their trash before checking out.

We do not supply TP or paper towels, so please bring your own.

The tent sleeps 2 people in a queen size bed. Additional guests will either need to sleep on the floor of the tent or bring their own tent(s) to sleep outside near the tent.

Because we're in bear country, we cannot provide a cooking stove or grill outside.

Wood burning camp fires are not allowed. Please only use propane fire pit provided. Guests must bring their own propane for fire pit. It uses a 20lb propane bottle (the same bottle that connects to home BBQ grills).

BUGS, CRITTERS & DUST:
Please also note that these style of platform tents are not completely sealed and cannot prevent critters or some dust from getting in. Please understand that this is still camping in the middle of a ranch field. You might have some bugs or dust in your tent, there is just no way to avoid this. The good news is the critters can get out as easily as they get in. When you arrive, if there are some bugs in there, please open up the doors and allow the breeze to carry them out.

ROAD NOISE:
This camp is conveniently located near a county road that’s one of the main routes to hike the areas 14ers. While there’s certainly not traffic jams, some road noise and occasional cars passing by should be expected.

Cell service is might be available on the property, depending on the carrier.

Please take precautions for bears, mountain lions and other wildlife.

Keep food locked in in your vehicle at night.

Absolutely no firearms or shooting is allowed.

Do not carve into the trees or damage them in any way.

Do not litter or leave cigarette butts.

Please pick up pet waste since it can build up and bother future guests.

Please do not approach or try to pet cows or any animals on the property.
