Located on a private/gated ranch about 1/4 mile down a dirt road. Access to a fully fenced in 0.5 acre backyard. Large patio with seating and gas firepit with gorgeous mountain views and killer sunsets. Cement driveway to park on with additional parking available, one RV space with sewer, electricity, & water available , plenty of room for all your toys!
- EARLY/LATE CHECK IN/OUT -
We are happy to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. If you need an early check in or a late check out, please send a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are wanting to check in early, there is a $20/hour early check in fee. If you are wanting to check out late, there is a $40/hour late check out fee. If there are guests before or after your stay, this may not be an accommodation we can make, please always message us first.
- SAFETY & HEALTH -
The heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are our main priority. For this reason, we use a thorough professional cleaning process after each check-out. The home is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. This property features 2 external security cameras on the exterior of the home (front & back). They are outward-facing and continuously recording. They do not look into any interior spaces but do record video and sound.
- NO SMOKING OR DRUGS INSIDE -
Please refrain from bringing any and all drug paraphernalia and/or smoking inside the home! Any type of drug use or smoking evidence inside will result in an additional fee for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and Furniture Deep Cleaning. A fee of $500 will be imposed for any evidence of drug use or smoking inside the home, additional cleaning and damage fees may also be assessed.
- SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY -
Service Animals Only. A fee of $500 will be imposed for any undisclosed pets, additional cleaning, and damage fees may also be assessed. All service animals must be on leash at all time if out front because of the free range livestock. Must be housebroken and are not allowed to be left unattended in the house at any time.
