This house is truly your home away from home. Located on Sunset Bay, there are gorgeous lake views from the kitchen through the floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake with a screen wall and ceiling fan that pulls in the lake breeze. Complete kitchen, 2 fridges, 5-burner Weber grill (propane included), hot tub, deck and dock, 3 patio spaces to relax outside. Close to Wineries, Breweries, State Parks, Waterloo Outlet Mall, Del Lago Casino. 15 minutes from Wegmans!

The space
The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking equipment, a gas stove, utensils, glasses, mugs, wine glasses... you name it. There are 2 full-sized refrigerators for all your cooking needs, a massive microwave and toaster oven, and a very large buffet style bar area perfect for making drinks or displaying your meal. The kitchen also has a wood-burning fireplace available for use. Additionally, there is a fire pit for outdoor use on the patio and a commercial-grade grill for the ultimate backyard, lakefront barbecue.

Other things to note
Sliding glass window to the lake opens all the way to allow an unobstructed view of the water and fantastic breeze throughout the living room. You won't even notice the screen when you enter the room! There is no central AC in the living room or kitchen, but all bedrooms have ductless wall units with remotes.
Guests have access to all 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with spacious closets, 3 full bathrooms, outdoor deck and 2 patios. 5-burner Weber grill is available for use (propane included). 1 Canoe & 3 kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for guest use.
Common misconception - we do NOT have cable. We have a TV w/ Roku and wifi, and a DVD player.

I live in Rochester, NY and jointly own a house on Seneca Lake with my sister, Kristen. We both went to Cornell and absolutely fell in love with the Finger Lakes region. We are so excited to finally be living out our dream of owning a lake house and being able to share it with our guests!
