✅Unauthorized guest will be charged Php 500 per person per day of the booking. If not paid, we regret but we will have to decline their entry to the premises and will ask the security to escort them out of the unit if needed.

✅Late check out or early check in request. Charge of Php250 per hour and will depend on the availability of the unit.

✅Any damage or lost item to property will be charge to the guest accordingly as the cost of the damaged/lost item or furniture will be.

✅Smoking inside the unit shall be fined Php5000 and if the smoke has been detected and has triggered the water sprinklers in the unit, all the damages will be charged to the guest including the cleaning fees and dates affected to not be able to receive bookings due to this. (Estimated Php100,000 or more)
