Pool access: Open on Mondays to Wednesdays except holidays and charged at Php200/head.
The space
Haven is a 2BR/1TB condo with balcony and a total of 56sqm.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed while bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with built-in cabinets, and an extra single mattress.
Living room with access to balcony, smart TV and WiFi up to 200mbps (Globe and Eastern).
Kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, stove, microwave, fridge, rice cooker all available with no extra charge.
T&B with soap, shampoo and conditioner, heater and hair dryer.
Bedrooms and living room all have AC units.
Mondays to Wednesdays access to the pool until 9pm. Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends and holidays are reserved for long term occupants only
Pool access fee of Php200/head is required by the condo admin (this does not go to your Airbnb hosts).
3 Bath towels are provided for every booking
Parking can be rented separately. Please message the hosts for more information.

Day visitors: (non-staying guests) A maximum of 3 visitors are welcome for an extra charge of Php500 per day. Visiting hours until 10PM only.
Overall max capacity (staying and non-staying guests) is 8 persons regardless of age, & going over the limit will be reported and may incur a penalty from the Building Admin/Security.
Other things to note
You may want to bring your indoor slippers as we have only three (3) pairs available.
