The space
Haven is a 2BR/1TB condo with balcony and a total of 56sqm.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed while bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with built-in cabinets, and an extra single mattress.

Living room with access to balcony, smart TV and WiFi up to 200mbps (Globe and Eastern).

Kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, stove, microwave, fridge, rice cooker, blender, and air fryer all available with no extra charge.

Fully automatic front load washer and dryer.

T&B with soap, shampoo and conditioner, heater and hair dryer.

Bedrooms and living room all have AC units.

Mondays to Wednesdays access to the pool until 9pm. Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends and holidays are reserved for long term occupants only

Pool access fee of Php200/head is required by the condo admin (this does not go to your Airbnb hosts).

3 Bath towels, extra is charged at Php150/pc.

Parking slot is available for a one time fee of php200.
