Have a intimate apartment with large living room, fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms at the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms, a lounge with 2 sofa beds and terraces are at the first floor. There is also a ski room, next to the garage, to store ski- snowboard gear and others.
The apartment is also suitable for 6 adults or 4 adults with 4 children.

The house is newly renovated and is divided in 4 complete separate apartments.
Location is right in the heart of Laengenfeld. Walking distance to AquaDome Thermal Spa (5 min by foot).
Best restaurants are nearby: Don Camillo (1 min), Tino's (4 min), etc.
Ski bus to Soelden is right in front of the house, cross the street.
Distance to Soelden is 12 km with a 10 min drive to Soelden Giggijoch station.
This apartment has 2 car parking spot available.
The owners usually live in the Roof Apartment so if you have any question about surroundings, resort, instructors, etc.. don't be shy to ask.

The guests have full access at the backyard and also in the ski room. Keys will be given at an agreed check-in time.

Also the host can hook you up with the best ski and bike instructors! Which can teach in German, English, French, Slovak, Czech, Russian and Romanian!
