The space
The private, fully fenced backyard is designed for year round enjoyment. The heated pool is the highlight, offering the perfect spot for family swim days or relaxing afternoons in the sun no matter what time of year! In the evenings, gather around the firepit for cocktails, games, and winding down after a full day out. The yard offers plenty of space for kids to play and adults to relax.

Inside our home, the layout is ideal for both families and larger groups. Two separate living rooms allow everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy the abundance of games. One living area is perfect for movie nights and downtime, while the second flows directly into the kitchen and dining space, keeping everyone connected.
The kitchen is oversized and fully equipped with modern appliances, generous counter space, and seating for casual meals or shared dinners. It is a space designed for real use, whether that means family breakfasts or group dinners after a day exploring.
All four bedrooms are comfortably furnished with quality linens and TV’s in each room so no one has to fight over what they want to watch. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the additional bedrooms are well suited for families, couples, or groups of friends traveling together.
Our family takes game night seriously! Our converted garage has been transformed into a massive game room and is a favorite for both kids and adults. This space features classic arcade games, ping pong, air hockey, and a dedicated mini fridge. It is perfect for those few rainy afternoons, late night tournaments, or keeping everyone entertained between outings.

Other things to note
Our home is inspected and documented with a full video walkthrough prior to every guest arrival.
Once a month, our home uses the flood irrigation system. We will reach out in advance to let you know when that is scheduled. There is nothing that guests need to do, however the backyard will be flooded for a time period - which is a normal part of our community life.
The pool is heated January - February each year. The remaining months, the pool is NOT heated.
Pool heating is weather-dependent, particularly in winter. While the heater works to maintain a pleasant swimming temperature, it is not intended to create hot or spa-like water.
Guests may notice cooler temperatures in the mornings or evenings, even when heating is active.
At optimal performance the temperature may only achieve 85°F,
As outdoor temperatures are beyond our control, refunds or adjustments are not provided for perceived pool temperature.
