Our recommended sleeping capacity is good for up to 20 guests (Towels and Beddings). However, if you can fit more, it won't be a problem with us. There will just be a fee of Php 400/head in excess of 20.
Note: Fee for excess guests can be settled upon check-in
We are also pet-friendly! Up to 4 pets are allowed within the property for a fee of Php 400/ pet. Please also make sure that the pets are wearing diapers at all times.

- Parking area can only accommodate up to 5 cars & 5 motorcycles
- Unregistered vehicles will incur a fee of Php 500/vehicle upon exit

General Guidelines
- Please respect the property, staff, and neighbors at all times.
- No smoking indoors (allowed in outdoor areas).
- Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
- Kindly secure your belongings, management is not liable for lost items.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Our staff may provide a friendly reminder if noise levels become excessive. In the event that a village patrol is called and responds on-site due to a noise concern from neighbors, a ₱5,000 disturbance fee will automatically apply.
- Any additional penalties from the village administration will also be shouldered by the guests.
Kitchen Use
- Light cooking only indoors (boiling, reheating, stewing).
- No frying or grilling inside but please use the outdoor kitchen for heavy cooking.
- Please clean as you go. A ₱2,000 cleaning fee may apply if kitchen rules are not followed.
Amenities and House Items
- Feel free to enjoy all amenities but please handle them with care.
- Return shared items (e.g., board games) after use.
- TV/streaming is ready, no need to sign out of accounts.
- To maintain the setup of the space, furniture should not be moved or rearranged, and sound system settings should not be altered.
- Any damaged, lost, or misused items will be charged accordingly.
Safety and Compliance
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities to ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property.
- For everyone’s safety and comfort, management may step in if house rules are not followed, and in serious cases, may request guests to leave.
