- Parking area can only accommodate up to 5 cars & 5 motorcycles
- Unregistered vehicles will incur a fee of Php 500/vehicle upon exit

Other things to note
Kindly be reminded of the following House Rules:
1. We require 1 VALID ID and a security deposit of Php 2,000 upon check in of guests. This may be given in cash or through GCash. The amount shall be returned to guests upon check out provided that there's no missing/broken items in the property.

- Kindly send the guest list and indicate accurate guest count for accurate pricing.
2. We are pet-friendly!
NOTE:
- We allow up to 4 pets
- Php 400/pet
- Pets must wear diapers at all times
3. No Smoking inside the house. You may do so anywhere else.
4. Please treat the staff with respect. The staff will inspect the room for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed.
5. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
6. NETFLIX is automatically available when you turn on the TV. Please do not Sign Out as we will not provide you the Password for logging in again.
7. Please return the board games in their proper boxes after use.
8. Secure your belongings and cars at all times. Keep doors, windows and cars locked. Safety and security are everybody's responsibility.
Cooking Policy
1. Strictly no frying and grilling at the Main House kitchen. Boiling, stewing and reheating are only cooking activities allowed inside the Main House kitchen. For heavy cooking, please use the kitchen behind the Main House.
2. Please use all kitchen appliances with care and clean kitchen like is their own.
