This luxury apartment is located in the Zmaj Jovina street, the heart of the historic centre of Novi Sad. It is in the walking area, just a few steps away from the main attractions.
The apartment is fully equipped in its 50m2 has a bedroom with a large double bed 160x200cm, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a dining table. Both rooms have two large smart TVs with cable television with over 100 different HD channels and high-speed internet.
The space
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things to prepare a meal or Serbian black coffee or tea. An induction hub will shorten your meal preparation time. A chilled water fridge will welcome you on arrival. All the other things here are wine glasses, plates, escai, salt, pepper, olive oil to make you feel at home.
The room is air-conditioned with a new climate system that ionizes the air.
The bathroom is equipped with luxurious Italian ceramics a spacious shower and ambient lighting will make your stay relaxed. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories.

This unique heritage building has a special very beautiful garden. Over the night the entrance and the yard are very quiet so you do not have a filling that you are in a busy city centre, you will have a restful sleep. All the main attraction are around you and you can enjoy lots of restaurants and cafes.
