You’ll love your stay at this bright and inviting holiday home that boasts a fully fenced private pool, spacious outdoor space with Webber family Q BBQ , large kitchen and open plan living / dining and secure parking. These amenities, plus the proximity to the beach, make this the perfect place for you to kick back and relax.

-Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven, gas stove, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (but you will need to bring your own pods)
- 3 smart TV’s throughout the house (main living room, second living room and master bedroom) where you can sign in with your own login for your favourite streaming service
-Double lock up garage with electric door and driveway parking space for 2 additional cars
-Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning located throughout the house to keep the area at a pleasant temperature all year round
-There is a full laundry in the property with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board

Please read our house rules carefully before booking. We have a non party policy which is strictly enforced. This is the perfect place to visit with your family and friends if you want to chill and relax. This property has a strict no event or party of any kind policy.
Please ensure you check your belongings carefully upon departure and make sure you have everything 😊 if you do forget something small we are able to ask our cleaner to post to you, she charges $60 plus the postage cost to post items left behind which will need to be paid prior to the item being posted.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers where all guests are under the age of 25 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.
Supplies: We provide hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner in all bathrooms as well as a selection of tea, instant coffee, sugar, and various spices in the kitchen, as well as laundry and dishwashing supplies.
Fresh bath towels and linen provided, but you’ll need to bring your own beach towels.
Maximum occupancy: Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the maximum occupancy (excluding children under 2) is 10 people. Should there be more than 10 people at the property without prior arrangement, a surcharge of $100 per person will apply and the booking will also be cancelled with no refund for any unused nights.
Security: The property has a security camera situated at the front entrance of the house. The property also has a decibel meter to ensure the non party policy is being adhered to. These security measures are operating on a 24/7 basis.
