Modern and spacious, this near-new townhome is ideally located just a 10-minute stroll from Gadhu Beach, Shell Cove Marina, and the area’s lauded waterfront cafés and eateries. Spend your days strolling coastal walking tracks, teeing off at Links Golf Course, or browsing the shops at the nearby Town Centre. With multiple living rooms, a spacious outdoor area and three bathrooms, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and convenience—perfect for families or groups.

This two-storey home offers a spacious and welcoming base for your South Coast getaway—thoughtfully designed for group comfort and easy entertaining.

Coastal meets contemporary in the breezy open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, where floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto the patio for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Prepare meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a large oven, gas stove, and island seating for quick bites or casual chats. Then fire up the BBQ and gather outside for alfresco dinners, with room to relax and reconnect in the private backyard.

Inside, unwind in the downstairs living room with a plush sectional and smart TV—perfect for movie nights—or head upstairs to a second lounge with a cosy corner sofa and soft lighting for reading or streaming your favourite show.

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests in comfort. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, private ensuite, and a balcony with garden outlooks. A second queen bedroom and a twin room with two king singles are also located on this level. Downstairs, a third queen bedroom sits next to the main bathroom—ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs or need easier access.
