Please note that this property is located in a rural area where deer, wild turkeys, and raccoons are commonly seen. To avoid attracting raccoons, please dispose of trash in the industrial bin provided. Additionally, there may be occasional sightings of muskrats or mice. We do provide pest control services for mice, but we cannot guarantee an absence of sightings, particularly during colder weather.
