Guests can accept 3 visitors for a fee but only until 12mn with total headcount of 12 pax; 9 overnight guests & 3 visiting guests till 12:00MN.
Surrounded by a couple trees, our tiny home is the perfect place to celebrate small gatherings, spend time with loved ones, or have a cozy night out with friends. We are just in North Caloocan, Metro Manila, so you can still have the luxury of convenience
The space
BOOKING RATE IS FOR 6 PAX - But we allow additional 3 more pax (total of 9pax) for free as long as guests will share beds & linens. No space for extra bed and no additional beddings will be provided. We only have 3 queen size beds.
ADDITIONAL GUEST/S NOT STAYING OVER:
Visitors - for additional fee of 150/pax, the main booker/guest can also invite additional 3 visitors but can only stay till 12midnight. Also note that you are responsible for guests you invite.

STRICTLY NO WILD PARTIES, DRUNKEN NOISE LIKE CHANTING, SHOUTING, ETC. PLEASE TONE IT DOWN AFTER 12MN SO AS NOT TO DISTURB OUR NEIGHBORS :)

- 2 parking slots only outside but right in front of our gate.

- There are tricycles in front of our subdivision's Gate 1 (across City Hall) that can take you to Robinsons Supermarket in Kai Mall (Note: Gate 1 closes at 7pm; Gate 2 is 24 hours)

- Toiletries (and liquid soap) are not refillable.
HOUSE RULES:
- No wild, drunken parties and noise. Please refrain from shouting, chanting and really loud noises because we are in a gated subdivision and we do not want to disturb our neighbors
- Basketball till 10:00 PM only
- Videoke till 12:00 midnight
- Tone the noise down after 12:00 midnight
- Do not eat and drink in the pool
- Do not run, jump and dive to prevent accidents
- Do not sit on the pool frame
- Please be responsible as we do not have lifeguard
- Do not play with the filtration system
NOTES:
Kindly expect noise as there is an ongoing construction during the day and videoke bar near us (but outside the subdivision) and we do not have any control over it. We also have dogs that bark from time to time. Sometimes there is a stray cat as well so we leave a sprayer with vinegar and water to keep it away if it bothers you.

Other things to note
- CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY. Kindly wash used dishes and cooking items.
- Kindly segregate general waste and food waste. General waste goes in the green trash bin and food waste is in the smaller brown trash bin. Kindly keep the food waste bin covered to deter cats.
- Please keep our place clean as we do not charge housekeeping fee.
- Toiletries are not refillable.
- Excessive trash / dirty unit will be fined via Airbnb.
- Body wash, shampoo, and dishwashing soaps are not refillable.
