The space
Happiness By the Beach is an exclusive, beautiful, modern, recently renovated building with 2 apartments and two studios on the first floor. The second floor has 2 separate apartments with independent entrances. The main entrance leads to a beautiful patio with an opulent pergola, underneath which there is an exquisite lounging area with luxurious outdoor patio furniture and an awesome grill area. In the patio you'll also find beautifully relaxing pool, a gorgeous mural by local artist, Albert Padilla, and sun loungers for sunbathing. The entrances to Units 1-3 are on the right side of the patio with glass doors and windows to let in the light and to appreciate the view of the patio from the inside. Hotel-like black out curtains are installed for the guest to use should you desire privacy. The entrance to Unit 4 is completely separate, on the right side of the building.
-Unit 1 is a comfortable, elegant studio full of art, equipped with two full beds suited for 4 guests, bathroom, kitchen, small table with stools for 4 and TV. Features include: 2 full sized beds, bed and bath linens, smart flat screen TV with cable, complimentary secured wireless internet, private bathroom, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, stove top, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and beach towels.
-Unit 2 in a one-bedroom apartment with a full-sized bed, a futon in the living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining table for 4 plus 2 extra stools, workspace in the bedroom, and TV in the living room. Features include Futon sleeper, Plush full bed, bed and bath linens, flat screen smart TV, cable, complimentary secured wireless internet, private bathroom, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, stove top, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and beach towels.
-Unit 3 is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a queen-sized bed and a full-sized sofa bed in the living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining table for 4 in the kitchen, workspace in the bedroom, and TV in the living room. Features include Sofa sleeper, queen bed, bed and bath linens, flat screen TV, Complimentary secured wireless internet, private bathroom, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, stove top, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and beach towels.
-Unit 4 is a studio equipped with a full bed, kitchenette, workspace, TV and bathroom. Features include Plush full bed, bed and bath linens, flat screen smart TV, complimentary wireless internet, private bathroom, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and beach towels.
The enclosed property includes a beautiful pool, sun loungers, luxury patio furniture, gas and coal grills (BBQ) and outdoor shower.
The whole building is equipped with an automatic generator to protect your vacation investment from common island power outages.
Guest access
At the property, guest have access to pool, outdoor shower, gas and coal grill (BBQ), sun loungers and outdoor patio lounge.
The neighborhood in very walkable, but you will most likely want a car to go downtown, visit other beaches and other parts of the island and to do grocery shopping.
There is free onsite parking at the property and on the street.
Other things to note
While we provide internet service, generator in case of very common power outages and water in case water goes out as well, we do ask that you are conscious that these are not fail proof. We have a regular maintenance schedule to keep our premises and our services in the best conditions possible. If any of these were to fail during your stay rest assured, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue in a timely manner, also taking into consideration the maintenance personnel and technician’s availability and abilities.
