If you need to disconnect from the city but just a few kilometers from it, this is the place for you. Renovated apartment with all the amenities. In our house, you'll feel at home. Enjoy a good coffee on our small terrace, sleep like a baby in the bed with a memory foam mattress and pillows, take a good hot shower and pamper yourself. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa bed and enjoy your favorite Netflix series. You'll want to do it again.

The apartment is located 15 km from Seville capital. It is 70 square meters, has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's all exterior and very private, with no neighboring patio. The apartment is bright and very cozy. You don't have to take the car through the village, as everything is close by. Walking is a delight, there is no pollution, no noise, because there are no big roads. Very close to Seville, and easy highway access. You can park on the same street or nearby without a problem. If you want to rest and disconnect, this is your place. In addition, you can enjoy nature, five minutes from the apartment, with the Oromana park, a huge expanse of forest, with mills and the river that runs through it.
