How to use OTT on the TV
After pressing the power button on the remote control, press the home button (the house icon) on the remote control to watch the OTT channels shown at the top of the screen.
Cook
Foods with strong smells or odors, such as meat, fish, and fried foods, are not allowed.
Please be sure to use the kitchen ventilator when cooking, and please be sure to ventilate the space as odors may linger on wood or fabric.
No smoking
All areas of Hamdeokchae (including indoors, outdoors, the rooftop, and the parking lot) are non-smoking. (This includes e-cigarettes.)
Please be careful as there may be an additional cleaning fee if the smell of cigarettes remains, and if you are unable to receive the next reservation, you may be charged for damages.
Disinfection
We periodically carry out professional pest control, but due to the nature of the countryside, it is difficult to completely prevent insects. Please be understanding. (Refunds due to insects are not permitted.)
Precautions
1. Visits and stays are absolutely not possible for anyone other than the guests on the reservation. In the event of a violation, you will be evicted immediately without a refund.
2. After 10:00 p.m., please refrain from making loud noises so as not to disturb the neighbors. In the event of complaints from nearby residents due to excessive drinking, loud noise, etc., if the situation is not rectified, you may be required to vacate the property.
3. When going out, please lock the door and keep your personal valuables in a safe place. We are not responsible for any loss.
4. Eating and drinking in the bedroom or on the bedding is prohibited. If the item cannot be laundered, you may be able to claim damages.
5. In the event of damage, destruction, or contamination of indoor or outdoor facilities or equipment, you may be held liable and charged for compensation, so please use them with care and contact us immediately if any problems occur.
6. Please be careful, as the stairs leading up to the rooftop can be slippery.
7. Pets are not allowed. Please use a nearby accommodation where pets are allowed.
