The home is beautifully styled with warm colors and authentic mid-century modern design, creating a cozy yet spacious ambiance. Multiple seating areas and a modern outdoor fire pit add to the charm.
Just a short walk to Posse Grounds Park, playgrounds, a pool, skatepark, and access to the Teacup Trail system, Halona House is perfectly located for adventure. Wildlife sightings are frequent, with deer, rabbits, quail, and javelina often visiting the property. Evenings are perfect for stargazing by the pool or relaxing around the outdoor fire pit.

Halona House is fully equipped with every pot, pan, and utensil you could need—including a turkey pan and an extra-large Viking stove. Two additional fridge/freezer drawers offer extra storage space.

Halona House is professionally cleaned by a trusted vacation rental cleaning company before each guest’s arrival. We prioritize your health and safety by taking extra precautions. All linens and towels are stored for weeks after being washed in hot water and detergent, with a sufficient supply to ensure rotation every several weeks. We disinfect all high-touch areas, including handles, doorknobs, drawer pulls, faucets, and soap dispensers.
To maintain optimal air quality, sliding glass doors and ceiling fans are utilized in almost every room. After each guest departs, the doors are opened and fans are turned on to allow for fresh air exchange for at least 4 hours between check-out and check-in. Your comfort and well-being are our top priority.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property except for the pool pump house, garage, and extra storage closet in the front bedroom. The front door has a keyless entry code so there is no need to pick up keys from us or the house assistant.
Other things to note
There are no steps leading into the property or within the home.
The pool is available for use year-round, but if you want to heat it, there is an extra daily charge of $100. However, pool heating is not an option during the winter months of November, December, January, and February. Please be aware that at such low temperatures, we cannot guarantee the pool water will warm up enough for comfortable swimming as it cannot retain heat. Additionally, during inclement weather, we cannot guarantee the pool can be heated to a comfortable temperature. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather.
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control that may render the Jacuzzi non-operational upon your arrival. In such an event, a refund of $50 per night will be issued.
Late departures past 10:15 am will incur a $100 fee unless prior approval has been requested and received.
Any ashes, cigarettes, cigars, or unburnt logs left in the firepit will result in a cleaning charge of $40.
Please refrain from using confetti in the house, and a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if it is found.
Tape should not be applied to the glass windows.
