— Playa Blanca is accessible via Playa Mantas through a short walk when the tide is low.

— Access to the beach club is included; you can enjoy sea views, pools, a jacuzzi, a pool table, foosball, and more.

— We offer 1 parking space available 24/7.

— The entrance to Punta Esmeralda is shared with Punta Leona, but Punta Esmeralda is not part of Club Punta Leona. To access the hotel's facilities, you can reserve a day pass with them.

— Punta Esmeralda is currently in its second phase of construction, so you may come across some areas of the condominium that are still under development.
