A Japanese-style house located in a popular area only a 4-min walk from Hakone Yumoto station, sleeps up to 8.
We are slowly updating our home, recently introduced blackout curtains, ozone generator and Wi-Fi expander. There is no parking, please use coin-operated parking in front of the house.

There are many steps on route to the property and within the house.
The property has a rustic appearance but we are improving it to ensure that it is clean and safe. We hope to welcome you soon.

Guest access
Since our facility is for private use, you are free to use all rooms and equipment as you like. You can take extra blankets from the cabinet in the kitchen.
The futons are stored in the bedroom closet - please take them out yourself when you want to sleep.
Other things to note

Please note that high school students or below this age cannot stay without an accompanying adolescent.
Acts such as noise and smoking that cause inconvenience to neighbors are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of your surroundings and mind your volume, especially at night and the early morning.
This facility is not a party space. It is strictly prohibited to use it for loud parties or events.
Additional fees will be charged if nearby residents report due to excessive noise, smoking, fouling, damage, vomiting, etc. caused by the customer. In the worst case scenario, you will be asked to leave the room immediately.
If you do not agree to the above, please refrain from making a reservation.

■ Prohibited acts
• Noise that causes inconvenience to the neighborhood (especially night-early morning) (33,000 yen fine)
• Smoking indoors and around buildings, throwing away cigarette butts, and vomiting (55,000 yen fine)
• Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood (fines of 33,000 yen)
• Dirt, damage, and take-out of indoor facilities (claims for expenses incurred in purchasing substitute products, etc.)
• Exceeding the number of unauthorized persons (22,000 yen per person)
• Please count to the number of people if there is a drop-in or check-in without accommodation.

All guests are required to submit the following information.
• Name, address, occupation and nationality
• Passport image

※ Customers living in Japan also need to submit their ID cards with photos.
※ Failure to submit may result in cancellation of the reservation.

• There is no room wear and cooking seasoning in the room, so please bring your own.
• In order to protect the safety of guests, security cameras are installed in front of the building entrance and rooms.
