A Japanese-style house located in a popular area only a 4-min walk from Hakone Yumoto station, sleeps up to 8.
We are slowly updating our home, recently introduced blackout curtains, ozone generator and Wi-Fi expander. There is no parking, please use coin-operated parking in front of the house.

There are many steps on route to the property and within the house.
The property has a rustic appearance but we are improving it to ensure that it is clean and safe. We hope to welcome you soon.
The space
Exterior and roof painting work will be carried out from April 2 to April 18. During this period, scaffolding will be installed around the exterior of the building, and construction staff will be working outside during daytime hours.
Please note that there may be some impact on the view and occasional construction noise. In addition, you may occasionally notice the smell of paint. We kindly ask for your understanding before making a reservation.

Since our facility is for private use, you are free to use all rooms and equipment as you like. You can take extra blankets from the cabinet in the kitchen.
The futons are stored in the bedroom closet - please take them out yourself when you want to sleep.

Parties or events involving noise are strictly prohibited. Please note that this is not a party venue.
In the event of excessive noise / indoor smoking / serious damage or misconduct, a substantial penalty fee will be charged. In severe cases, you may be asked to leave immediately.
Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels similar to a standard hotel. We kindly ask all guests to follow the rules and proper manners.

・Failure to vacate after check-out time（¥2,750 per 15 minutes）
・Staying without approval for extended nights
・Noise disturbing neighbors（especially 9:00 PM–7:00 AM）（¥33,000 fine）
・If smoking is detected or cigarette butts are brought indoors（¥55,000 fine）
・Illegal dumping of trash nearby（¥33,000 fine）
・Exceeding the number of registered guests（¥22,000 × extra guests × nights）
・Damaging, removing, or taking facilities/items（repair or replacement costs charged）
・Bringing/using fire pits or charcoal grills
・Bringing pets onto the property

※ The building is completely non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking after check-out will result in additional charges.
