For the security and compliance of all guests, we require a clear copy (photo) of the Passport or NICOP for every member of your group who will be staying.
Only the number of guests stated in your Airbnb booking will be allowed to stay overnight.
Only these registered individuals are permitted to stay overnight.
*House Rules*
To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please kindly note the following:
*No Unauthorized Guests:* Any guests or visitors must receive prior approval.
*Guest Capacity:* The number of staying guests must not exceed the number stated in your booking and must match the provided IDs.
*Visitors Policy:* Any unregistered guests must leave the premises by 11:00 PM. Visitors are only allowed during the daytime hours.
*Gatherings & Events:* Any Gatherings, Events, or Parties are strictly prohibited except for prior approval and required payments.
*No Smoking:* We maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the house.
First Violation Fine: If any evidence of smoking is found inside, a one-time charge of $300 USD for extra deep cleaning will be applied.
Subsequent Violations: An additional charge of $50 USD will incur every time further smoking evidence is found.
*Services & Departure*
Complementary cleaning by our housekeeping staff every other day. **Dish washing is not included**
Please report any breakages, or matters that require attention upon departure.
