The home features four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, and two full bathrooms. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, along with comfortable living and dining areas designed for gathering and relaxation.

Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you’ll find a refreshing swimming pool with a bar area, two private outdoor bathrooms, a BBQ area, and a pavilion—perfect for entertaining, dining, or unwinding. Adjacent to the pool is a basketball court for added recreation and fun.

A river borders the property, making this location truly unique and providing a fresh atmosphere and the soothing sound of flowing water. Guests may enjoy the river at their own discretion; however, please note that use of the river is entirely at your own risk. The property owners are not responsible for any incidents that may occur. Guests are strongly advised to exercise caution, as river levels can rise unexpectedly at any time.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property during their stay. Upon arrival, our housekeeper will welcome you, provide the keys, and explain the house rules and important information about the property.

If you plan to arrive late or outside the scheduled check-in time, please let us know in advance. In that case, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to retrieve the keys for a smooth self check-in.
