The space
🛏 This hacienda offers 5 bedrooms, with the following sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: 2 full beds
• Bedroom 2: 2 full beds
• Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 4: 1 king-size bed and 1 full sofa bed
• Room 5 (on the first level where the movie theater is located): 2 twin bunk beds
In addition, it has 2.5 bathrooms, functionally arranged so that each family member has their own space without sacrificing togetherness. On the ground floor, there are 2 private showers, in addition to 2 showers in the upstairs bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in the pool area.

📍 Located 15 minutes from the renowned Puerto Nuevo Beach, 22 minutes from Poza de las Mujeres Beach, 30 minutes from the Barceloneta Outlets, and 40 minutes from SJU Airport. **Please note that there are no attractions within walking distance; it is a rural area, so you will need a car to get around, although we are only 5 minutes from the highway.**

For reservations of 16 guests, we offer a Day Pass experience for up to 9 guests (for 1 day only).
**Subject to the following conditions:
Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) –
The booking must be for 2 nights or longer.
Weekends (Friday and Saturday):
The booking must be for 3 nights or longer.
**Failure to report the presence of additional guests incurs a penalty of $25 per person**
Guest access
The property is a villa located on a farm. When you rent it, you will not share the facilities with other guests, but there may (occasionally) be staff working on the surrounding grounds.
Guests only have access to the areas shown in the listing.
If, upon arriving at the property, you notice any additional spaces that do not appear in the photos or description and are locked, this means that they are not part of the amenities and are not available for use.
Other things to note
For your peace of mind during your stay, the property has a solar energy system, a backup generator, and a water cistern in case of power or water outages.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests who are not registered in the reservation are NOT accepted. You will be charged a fee of $25 per person per night for each unregistered guest. We can even proceed to evict you from the property.
