I think the location of Haariksen is excellent and, for example, you can walk to the train station in a quarter of an hour. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Särkänniemi. The Vapriikki Museum is also conveniently located just over five minutes away. The nearest grocery store is a couple of hundred meters away. Although the apartment is in the center, it is also at the end of the road and on the edge of the park, so there is really nice peace and greenery in addition to the city's pulse. The house has an elevator, 71 cm wide, which does not meet the accessibility requirements, but otherwise works perfectly.

My home is dear to me and I hope this warmth will also be conveyed to you and your family. I am a green thumb and I hope that the flowers in the apartment will brighten your day. Usually, there is always an orchid greeting the flowers. I now live partly in another locality and for this reason the idea arose to give my beautiful and good-feeling apartment to others when I am not there myself.
