A confortable chalet in front of the beach of Maresias, among a conserved reservation of the Atlantic rainforest, and including pools, hot tubs, BBQ and gym.
My loft’s great for families, couples and groups (it can settle up to 07 people). It is fully furnished and the condo also offers a sunshade + two chairs for you to enjoy the beach. Come and check it out for yourself!

The space
This housing has two floors: on the ground, there is the kitchen, the living room (with two single beds), a balcony with a chaise and a privileged view to Mata Atlântica, in addition to a complete bathroom; on the first floor, you’ll find a suite with a really confortable standard double bed and a separated space for another couple, equiped with a sofa bed.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, an eletric oven, an one-mouth cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, and household utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc). Other electronics include a TV with cable programming and sound box with Bluetooth and USB, etc.

Guest access
The condo offers many leisure options for you to relax and practice physical activities: zen space, two pools, dry sauna, wet sauna, two tennis courts and a multi-sport court, games room, gym, BBQ and a lounge.

Other things to note
-For stays longer than four days, we offer a complimentary cleaning;

-Your pets are super welcome :) Please just let us know if you pretend to bring it.
For TWO PETS we charge a fee of R $ 150.00 so that we can always keep the space clean and organized in the best way;

-If you need the service of bed and bath linen, a separate amount of R$250.00 is charged in which we provide a set of sheets and a towel per guest;

-When you arrive at the condo, you will receive a bracelet and must keep it until the end of your stay;

Once you’ve arrived, just submit the documents and indicate wich housing/village you’ll be staying in (24) that the staff shows you how to get into the house.

Please note: The front pools and jacuzzi are undergoing maintenance and are expected to be completed within 30 days. During this period, the Olympic-size pool, tennis court, games room and other leisure areas will remain available for your use.
