Just minutes away from downtown, it also offers plenty of opportunities for peace & tranquility – cozy evenings on the back deck under starry skies or mornings filled with birdsong among our lush gardens.
The space

This home is fully equipped with all you need - complete kitchen setup, WiFi connection, baby gear (if needed!) Not to mention plenty of outdoor space on the back deck so you can take in stunning mountain weather whilst enjoying meals al fresco or just relaxing outdoors. Once you sink into one of the plush couches or the cushioned recliner in our open, inviting living room, you might forget all your plans for the day, and we don’t blame you one bit. Enjoy time with family or friends gathering for an epic movie night (the flat-screen TV offers cable and streaming) or a lively evening playing the provided board games. Stylish furnishings mix with warm, cozy textiles and rustic wood decor to deliver comfort and charm.
Kitchen & Dining
Our fully-outfitted kitchen is the perfect place to let your culinary creativity run wild! With all of our modern stainless steel appliances, prepping meals and cleaning up has never been easier. Plus, we've included plenty of extra devices like a Keurig coffee maker with pods so you can get your morning dose of caffeine quickly (creamers are in the fridge); hand mixer and blender, pots & pans, dinnerware, glassware, and condiments and spices that’ll provide essential flavors in any recipe - no matter if it's just a midnight snack or an amazing feast for the whole gang. We also have a family friend, Chef Polo, who can arrange and serve a gourmet meal right at your table. Advance notice for this treat is necessary (@thepinnaclefairview or message me on Airbnb website.) The granite breakfast bar seats three and makes a great spot to grab a quick breakfast or keep the cook company. When it’s time for a family meal, head to the striking dining table that seats eight with views to the backyard.
Bedrooms & Baths
Retreat to the unique bedrooms that boast pressure-relieving 12" Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam mattresses (we get so many inquiries about the brand because they’re so comfortable!) with luxury hotel-style bedding and hypoallergenic mattress covers.
The primary suite is a haven of serenity for weary visitors, so you can rest easy knowing your nights here will be filled with peaceful slumber. Catch up on your favorite show before bed on the flat-screen TV with streaming ability. The unique decor is calming and the natural light creates an inviting atmosphere each morning.
The ensuite bath is chic and elegant and features a double vanity and a roomy walk-in shower - while fluffy towels await when it's time to dry off! We are pleased to offer a hair dryer and toiletries for our guests’ convenience as well.
Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed and TV with streaming and Bedroom #3 is perfect for the kids with one twin and one queen bed, and color-changing LED lights behind rustic mountain accents.
The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a spacious granite vanity, and more fluffy towels!
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, and the iron and ironing board are located in the primary’s closet. We even provide the detergent pods.

The front and back door have a keypad access. They work with last 4 digits of your phone number. Just hit the lock symbol to leave.
Other things to note
We are about 10 minutes to everything. Once you leave the neighborhood, you will find the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway with the Folk Art Center, Grove Park Inn. Asheville has so much to do, and we are ready to tell you all about it. The city of Asheville is waiting for you! Everything is open, suggest to call before visiting a special restaurant or activitiy because times and available days may have changed recently.
Location is in the Oakley neighborhood, which is on the east side of Asheville. Wonderful ladies' getaway or a family stay for a Wedding.
There are many pickleball courts around town, one is about 5 minutes away. We have a 4 paddle set at the house to use.
