Welcome to our cozy and picturesque timber farm in the middle of Skåne. In our former generational home, we have now set up a relaxed accommodation for those of you who appreciate staying in a private house with well thought-out details and a genuine, rural atmosphere. A "hide away" for those of you who want to relax and experience the wonderful nature of Mellanskåne. You have access to your own garden with a patio and nice views of the fields and meadows.
Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation.

The space
On the lower floor, you will find a kitchen, living room and guest toilet in a bright and airy floor plan. A private driveway takes you to the entrance and to your own garden. Two windows in the hall face our courtyard, otherwise you can see the garden, riding arena and meadows.
The French country kitchen is well-equipped for cozy breakfasts, coffee breaks and dinners.
In the living room, there are 2 sofas, TV, a cozy reading corner and tiled stove for relaxation.
Upstairs there is a large, airy bedroom with a comfortable bed, dressing room and large bathroom.
Cleaning after your stay is included in the price.
100 meters from the property, you will find our newly created pond for biodiversity. There is a jetty, deck chairs and a barbecue grill.

Guest access
You have access to the apartment, stone patio and associated garden with Grythyttemöbler furniture during the summer season. Our wonderful orangery can be booked, subject to availability, for SEK 200/hour. An oasis for relaxation with a good book or you can bring dinner there and enjoy it with something good in the glass.

Other things to note
Cleaning after departure is included in the price and also a set of towels and bed sheets.
We run a small farm and one day in June or July we need to put hay above the barn, next to the accommodation. It involves some tractor driving and some noise. We always strive to do this when we have no bookings, but the hay harvest is weather-dependent, so it can happen when we have guests.

On our behalf there is our real oasis, our orangery of 24m2. It is possible to book subject to availability per hour at an additional cost.
In the summer months, there is a classic Grythytte furnishings during the chestnut. Warm days, it's the absolute best place to sit on our entire lot, besides perfectly magical to sit there when the chestnut blooms.

Me and my husband have lived on the farm Stenstorp for a long time with our horses and our dog and cat. We have three grown sons. We have many different interests. My husband Sten has many veteran vehicles. We have moved and renovated a greenhouse and now we are renovating an old desert house with gentle hand. I spend a lot of time in the forest and countryside and am happy to give tips on gems. Sustainability and environment are important to us, to nurture and cook.
