Staff Services
Charges for employee services are mandatory, not included in the rental fee, and must be paid separately.
Housekeeper
The daily cost for the housekeeper is 60,000 COP. The housekeeper provides both cooking and cleaning services from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that meal preparation is limited to the food and ingredients you bring; we do not supply groceries. Payment for staff services must be made separately from the house rental.
Pet Policy
This is a pet-friendly property; however, restrictions and fees apply, and prior approval is required for all pets. Before booking the property, guests must disclose the number, size, and breed of pets. Unannounced pets or exceeding the approved number will result in additional charges or possible cancellation of the reservation.
Check-Out Policy
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will automatically be charged as an additional night. Please plan accordingly to avoid extra fees.
