This house combines the Cherry Nirvana and Utopian Groove Suites. There is internal access between the two spaces, and the main living space on the first floor can easily be converted to host a small quiet gathering of up to 15.

Well behaved / quiet pets are permitted with prior approval in the downstairs unit only.

The space
The whole house has two available entrances, one from the front porch which can be accessed by a ramp (this ramp does not meet ADA requirements), or through the rear door. There is a door between the units which will be unlocked and open for your stay (if it is not, please reach out to your host). The front entrance access the downstairs unit, which features a variable living room. The room is set up for dining and seating for several individuals, but can be shifted to accommodate additional tables and chairs (provided) to comfortably seat approximately 15. There is a larger kitchen, and two bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a Queen murphy bed and accesses the downstairs bathroom. The second bedroom includes a twin bunk bed.
The second floor features another kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a queen and bunk bed) as well as the bathroom and access to the attic living space. The attic features a queen bed as well as a full sofa bed, toys and games for children and a large TV.

I love the AirBnB experience and find that it is much more unique and hospitable (And more affordable) than hotel stays. My husband and I both like to host by nature. He is the handy-man and muscle, and I like to put the finishing touches on our spaces to really make our guests' stays one of a kind. We also both really like to travel, and love to meet new people and experience new adventures, preferring the local experience over the tourist one. We travel to visit with family, to see new places with our small family, and just for the heck of it. We even periodically stay at our own AirBnB spaces to ensure they are up to par with our expectations as travelers and for new scenery.
