Welcome to Grinning Bear Lodge, a cozy and private mountain home designed for both relaxation and adventure. You’ll love the soaring ceilings, wall of windows, and inviting lodge décor — think leather chairs, native blankets, and warm mountain charm.

Inside, you’ll find:
• Open living room with grand stone fireplace
• Fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, vitamix, crock pot and numerous coffee options (Keurig, drip, French press)
• Dining table for 10 guests + large island seating for 5, high-chair.
• Game loft with foosball, Arcade games (400+games) PlayStation 4, cards, dominoes, board games, puzzles, books, tinker toys/Lincoln Logs & a plush firepit.
• High-speed fiber internet and 4 Roku TVs

Sleeping Arrangements: 8 beds total
• Primary Suite (main level): King bed + ensuite jetted tub & walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2 (main level): Two full beds (sleeps 4)
• Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Queen bed, pack n play
• Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Queen + Twin bunkbed
• Game Loft: Queen size sofa bed

🐾 Pet Policy

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs max) for a $250 non-refundable pet fee.
Please respect our pet policy — additional pets or larger dogs will incur a $1,000 fine per dog.
Cats or other animals are not allowed.

Things to Know
• 4WD/AWD required in winter due to mountain roads.
• No trash pickup in Angel Fire (guests take trash to the Recycle Park). Instructions provided in the welcome book.
• Security cameras on the exterior only (garage, driveway, and entry).
