Cosy and bright flat, equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in the Engadine. The flat is located in a quiet and sunny area and is characterised by its warm and neat style.

Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the skiing area, which leads to Marguns and Corviglia (St.Moritz). In summer as well as in winter it is an ideal starting point for hikes and sports activities (all skiing, ice skating, biking, tennis) in the region.

The space
The 3.5 room apartment, located on the first floor and refurbished in 2022, is characterised by its warm and cosy style. It has a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. In the living room is the dining table, a relaxation corner with sofa and armchair as well as the well-equipped kitchen (from the Bialetti-moka pot to the caquelon for fondue as well as oil, vinegar, spices, tea and coffee). One bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a table for working. The second bedroom has two beds, one for single or double use (140x200 cm) and one for single use (80x190 cm). The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table as well as deck chairs.
In the cellar you can store ski/snowboard equipment or bicycles as well as use the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The flat is for the private use of guests. The cellar (bike/ski storage) and the laundry room are shared. During the Summer season it is possible to take advantage of the shared garden.

In addition to skiing and snowboarding, the region has a wide range of sports and wellness facilities with an ice rink in winter and outdoor tennis courts in summer in Celerina, numerous bike trails, swimming pools in St. Moritz or Pontresina, thermal baths and golf in Samedan as well as a bobsleigh and skeletohn run in St. Moritz/Celerina.
