The entire floor, including the balcony, driveway, and garden is available to you. You'll enter through double doors off the driveway and parking into a kitchen/lounge area. the view of the garden and balcony to your left. The bedroom is huge and includes 4 door BIC, and an on-suite. All well lit, but offering blackout curtains. The balcony is roofed and includes a portable BBQ / Braai.

We are 5 - 7 minutes from the beachfront and 7 - 8 minutes from the airport. Just 10 minutes to the outskirts of town where the largest mall in the city is located, Bay West Mall. We are in a quiet family suburb and Mount Rd is busiest between 7:30 am and 8:30 am and 5 - 6 pm. After that, it's quiet and won't be an inconvenience to you.
