A naturally maintained permaculture farmland where the host's ancestral house is located, with a few guest cottages in its periphery. Each guest room in the cottages (independent or otherwise) is like a mini studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette and ample verandah space outside for lounging. Seasonal produce is grown at the farm at a small scale and no intensive commercial agriculture is followed. The property is not landscaped nor well-manicured for visual appeal, instead expect to see creepers, bushes, grass, and dry leaves that keep the ground cool. Birds, bees, butterflies abound. Sadly, so does mosquitoes at night - carry your favorite brand of mosquito repellant and remember to keep your room's doors and windows shut at dusk and dawn to keep those pesky mozzies away.

Bicycles are available (free for guests) for you to explore the village, or to go down to the nearby beach or market. Shops for purchasing essentials are only a few steps away from the main gate. For longer trips to town or for sightseeing, you can hire an auto-rickshaw (tuk-tuk) or car from the village.

Wifi is available in the room. Common work desk space available in the main house. The washing machine and Refrigerator are shared - placed in the main house. So, long-stay guests please note – mops, brooms, and other cleaning equipments are provided to keep your place clean, you could also avail cleaning service , and can make the payment direct to staff. Bed linen can be replaced on a weekly basis. Pls feel free to contact for bed linen when you want replacement.
