3 covered decks, hot tub, covered slip, kayaks, parking space for 5 cars with overflow parking lot.

2 kitchens fully equipped with 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, and a dishwasher.

2 dining areas. 3 living rooms.

Near Sugar Hollow Marina and jumping bridge. No wake zone - great for swimming, clean water. 2 master bedrooms, hiking trail, swimming pool.

Nearby state parks, and hiking trails for off-season trips, as well as ATV parks and a short 90 minute drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge - which makes it a great location for off-season and holiday rentals.
