Unique backcountry cabin perfect for all your high mountain adventures. The cabin sits on 40 acres of land surrounded by over 40,000 acres of National Forest. There is no other private land for miles. You can drive to the cabin in the summer but you must snowmobile or ski the last 7 miles in the winter. There is epic backcountry snowmobiling/skiing access with tons of terrain. The summer is great for hiking, MTB, dirt bikes, ATVs, and fishing. It is an awesome hunting zone with GMUs 80 and 81.

Your own private retreat in the middle of Rio Grande National Forest. No neighbors for miles. Check out the historic ghost town at the Summitville mine, 20 minutes south of the cabin. Fishing is available on Fuchs Reservoir, Crystal Lakes, and Poage Lake, as well as many small creeks.
