The space
The cabin is fully equipped for a relaxing beach getaway, with everything you need for comfort and convenience.

The bedroom features a cozy king-size bed with high-quality linens, providing beautiful water and nature views right from bed. Enjoy movie nights on the 50-inch TV or use the dedicated work space upstairs, with fast Wi-Fi for streaming and Zoom calls.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and all essentials like utensils, quality pots and pans, dishes, and premium knives for easy meal prep.

The bathroom has fresh towels and a full bathtub for unwinding after a day at the beach. There is also a washer/dryer located in the closet in the bathroom.

In the living room, relax on the wrap-around sofa while watching movies on another 50-inch TV. The cabin is equipped with a modern MiniSplit system for efficient heating and air conditioning, keeping you comfortable year-round. There is also multiple Sonos speakers in the house for for streaming your favorite music or podcasts.

For dining, the countertop bar table seats 4, perfect for meals, games, and puzzles.

Outside, the large deck with western exposure offers evening sun, a propane fire pit, and an outdoor dining set to enjoy meals overlooking the bay. Watch eagles, herons, and fish jumping in the water. Guests are encouraged to bring their own firewood for the wood fire ring in the yard for a classic campfire experience. Additionally, the property offers a Level 2 (50 Amp) electric vehicle (EV) charger for convenience.

Nestled at the end of a quiet road, the cabin provides a short trail down to the water for beach strolls or serene views of Pickering Passage to the south. This cabin is ideal for nature lovers, beach-goers, and anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with modern comforts in a unique, historic setting.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is quite quiet. Most of the residence come for the weekend. There is a wonderful walking beach just steps from the cabin door. Note that it a bit of a steep short trail to the beach. When the tide is out there is a very long walkable beach.
