Located in the countryside, quiet and surrounded by fields, you are 2 km from the village of Mouilleron-le-Captif, 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Puy du Fou and 50 minutes from Nantes.
Beaupuy Park for walks (50 hectares, 4 ponds, castle) is 5 minutes walk from the barn as well as the shopping center of strolls (Hyper U, many shops)
