Neighborhood highlights

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. near Capitol Lake, walking distance to the State Capitol building, Coffee Shop, Frog Pond Deli, Spud's Grocery, Vic's Pizzeria, and St. John's Episcopal Church. It is located next to the Lord Mansion and Coach House, which is rented for meetings, wedding, craft shows, nursery sales, church and more. Just east of the mansion is the Mccleary mansion, which is now being used for business offices.

This home is in an area of many stately homes, many of which are valued at over a million dollars. You will enjoy the eagles playing in the wind, and their social sounds. The deer come up from the lake and hang out before moving through the neighborhood. Squirrels are busy and will ignore you. This is such a coveted neighborhood that people drive to South Capitol to walk their dogs.
