The apartment is situated on the first floor. While elevator access is available, it requires navigating three to four steps to reach the lift.
The property is situated 50 meters from the main road. Vehicle access is available up to the main road, after which a short walk is required to reach the property.
We’re dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and homely environment. Our team follows all hygiene and sanitization protocols recommended by the health authorities. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every checkout.

In case of a power cut, we have installed a small inverter for backup, which supports the fan and ceiling light. The water supply also depends on electricity. Power cuts are rare here, but if one occurs, we kindly r request you to remain patient and use electricity minimally until power is restored.
Some services ike electricity,internet, or unexpected technical issues are outsourced and beyond our direct control. In such cases, immediate resolution may not always be possible. However, we always do our best to ensure your stay remains as smooth and comfortable as possible.
No in-house parking but paid parking can be arranged need to inform before booking .
Additionally, please be advised that the property is situated approximately 50 meters from the main road, and as such, some external noise may be audible.
The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests comfortably. Extra mattresses are available (with applicable charges). Maximum occupancy is 8 guest
We don't provide DTH on tv but ott like (amazon prime & netflix are available )

Unfortunately we don't have a genset. Generally there is no power cut usually but if there is one, Power should be back within 5-30 mins. we do have inverter set, Frequency of power cuts is very less so be rest assured.
Parking is not a but a paid parking is 500 meters from the stay. which can be arranged only if Informed at the time of booking
Room cleaning and service are available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Beyond this time, services are subject to the availability of cleaning staff. Towels and linens will be changed on every third day of your booking.
