This exclusive apartment, completed in 2023 to the energy-efficient passive house standard, combines spacious living over approximately 75 m² with first-class premium comfort. The apartment has absolutely no thresholds, is extremely flooded with light and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The sleeping area is completely separate from the living room. Here you will find a cozy double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a comfortable single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) – ideal for couples, small families or colleagues on a project basis.

The heart of the apartment invites you to linger. For cozy evenings, a modern smart TV with integrated Amazon technology (Fire TV) is at your disposal – perfect for streaming your favorite series and movies.
Fully equipped comfort kitchen:
The open-plan, modern kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use. High-quality appliances such as a dishwasher and a microwave take the work off your hands. Dishes, pots and cooking utensils are of course fully available.

Your check-in is this easy:
Contactless & flexible: Check-in is possible for you at any time from 3:00 pm. Since you don't have to wait for a personal key handover, you can easily arrive late in the evening or in the middle of the night without having to notify us in advance.
We will conveniently send you your code for the keybox in good time shortly before your stay, directly here via Airbnb.
Convenient arrival: Whether you arrive relaxed by car and park it in your free parking space right by the house, or whether you arrive by public transportation, the bus stop is practically right outside the front door. From there it's just a few steps, and you can check in easily and independently.
You will have complete privacy throughout your stay and, of course, will have the apartment and the two balconies completely to yourselves.
Other things to note
To make your stay as pleasant as possible and to avoid misunderstandings, please note the following points:
Linen set & cleaning: The total price already includes final cleaning and a fresh linen set (bed linens and towels) so that you feel at home from the first moment.
Allergy-friendly & no smoking: As this is a highly efficient passive house with automatic ventilation, smoking inside the apartment is absolutely prohibited. Pets are also not allowed in order to protect subsequent guests with allergies.
Garbage segregation & resources: As a modern passive house, sustainability is important to us. We therefore ask our guests to separate the garbage in an environmentally friendly manner during their stay. Appropriate containers are ready for you.
