Perfectly situated in the heart of Cebu, you are just a short walk from Ayala Center, Cebu Business Park, and hospitals. You are also minutes from Fuente Osmeña Circle and iconic eats like House of Lechon. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi and a wonderfully large, relaxing layout. We cannot wait to host you!
The space
This expansive 1-bedroom suite offers a rare luxury in the city: space! Designed to easily accommodate up to 5 guests, we’ve laid out the unit to feel open and relaxing, giving your entire group a true break from the hustle and bustle below. You will have a comfortable living area to lounge in, a cozy bedroom for a restful sleep, and a dedicated bathroom. It is the perfect setup whether you are staying for a group weekend getaway, a family hospital visit, or an extended business trip. Fast Wi-Fi is included so you can easily work or stream your favorite shows.
Guest access
Guests will have full, exclusive access to a 1 bedroom unit.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. To ensure a smooth arrival, a member of my team will personally meet you at the lobby to hand over your key card and help you get settled! Check-out is at 11:00 Noon.
(Please note: The building's swimming pool is temporarily unavailable. It is currently waiting for the required certification. Gym is still under construction.)
Other things to note
Pre-Arrival Requirements: To ensure a smooth check-in, the building administration strictly requires a clear photo of valid IDs (Passports for foreign guests, Government IDs for local guests) at least 5 days prior to arrival (or ASAP for last-minute bookings) to process your official Guest Clearance.
Data Privacy Guarantee: In strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, please be assured that your submitted IDs are kept entirely confidential. They are used exclusively for building security endorsement and will not be shared elsewhere.
Parking: Please note that there is no parking space available for this unit.
Trash Disposal: Housekeeping collects trash daily. Please place your tied and sealed trash bags outside the unit door only between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. If you miss this window, please keep it inside until the following day. Upon check-out at 12:00 Noon, leave any remaining sealed trash bags inside the bathroom (CR).
