This property definitely lives up to its name. After a long day of endless possibilities, unwind to breathtaking sunsets on our dock or by the fire pit.

The Grand Oasis offers 2 Kayaks with different size Life Vests at a cost of $199 non-refundable for your entire stay! Please let us know if you would like to use them, a waiver will need to be signed prior to allowing the use of the Kayaks.

***In Grand Oasis Napanee, we do want and expect our guests to enjoy themselves to the fullest. However, we also expect our guests to please respect noise by laws as we do not want to disturb neighbors or receive complaints from them.***

PLEASE BE AWARE:
The small long dock shown on pictures is not in place, however, the big dock that shows as a sitting area by the water is in place.

Grand Oasis Napanee is minutes from the heart of Napanee. This property offers you a very private and cozy feeling while being surrounded by so many amenities. It is surrounded by water trees and lots of nature.

-Government ID required if no Star reviews.
-*Note that the little dock is damaged and restricts water access. We are working on the issue*.
-NO SMOKING - $500 Fine.
-Pet-Friendly property however you MUST inform us and a $99 pet fee will be applied to deep clean to remove all pet hair and allergens.
