This includes a 200 sq. foot master bedroom with closet, king size bed, spacious and clean, with 6 foot French doors opening onto a south facing private balcony. Steps lead down to the garden and parking. This space includes a seating area.

Enjoy the renovated private bath with shower, laundry, and heated electric floor.

A 2nd, bonus room is included, which includes a DRY kitchen [refrigerator, microwave, coffee setup], a closet, and a table and chairs that can be used for dining or working.

Gigabit wifi is included.

Please note that The Oasis is a private space on the lower (walk out) level of our town home. We offer our guests a quiet and calming atmosphere during their stay, yet occasional footfalls and noises might be heard from the upper levels of the building. We do our best to tread and live lightly when guests are staying here.

Parking and entrance is located in the alley behind the property and NOT from 8th Street. Please see our detailed directions under "location - getting around".

A lockbox containing your key is located on the door of your private entrance.
