The space
The barn is it's own, fully equipped home. It is an ADU on our property and we live next door.

The barn has a shared driveway, but it's own parking spot, which is the turnaround at the top right of the driveway.

The barn has a living room with electric fireplace, a full kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has 3 twin beds and a pack n play in the closet.

There is a private back patio area with outdoor dining and a gas grill.

Guests have private access to the entire barndominium

Other things to note
Please note that the barndominium is a separate and private building, however it is located on the same property as our full time home where our family lives. It is about 20 ft away from the home and we do have a sweet lab mix that lives with us. :) If she is outside she may bark, however she is kind and once she meets you will be your best friend.

Neighborhood highlights

Our barndominium is located in a gorgeous area that feels quite rural, but is just minutes from all the action!

Please note, the barndominium is located on our property and adjacent to our house. The barn is it's own building and a private stay, but please be aware that our family does live about 15 ft away with our doggie :)

Please note that our home and the barndominium are newly renovated and as such we are building back up the landscaping around the property. So, please pardon our fields :)
