New home updates w/ brand new furniture, hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops w/ new cabinets, bath updates, fresh paint. Tons 2 do w/in close proximity. Only miles from Yorktown & Buckroe Beach. 2-3 miles from B.G, Water Country & Great Wolf Lodge w/many restaurants bars & shopping centers. Close to Outlet, Colonial W.B, William & Mary College, Go Karts Plus & 45 min from VB.

The space
The townhome has a spacious living room with a pull out sleeper and kitchen with a nice size backyard. Backyard cushions, additional backyard chairs, and table are in the backyard storage along with the main circuit breaker. Supply closet upstairs include additional towels, face towels, bath soap, additional blankets and cleaning supplies if necessary. Each room has flat screen TV’s with cable tv and internet service. 50 inch in the living room, 43 inch in master bedroom which is bedroom 2 in the photos, and 32 inch in the other 2 bedrooms. There are queen size mattress in all 3 rooms, 100% cotton sheets / mattress covers and comfortable plush comforters. There is an additional twin size folding bed in the upstairs closet with twin size bedding and pillows. The living room has 2 sleeper sofas, total 6 beds and a dedicated workspace desk. Ceiling fans are in every room of the house. Iron & ironing board located in laundry room downstairs. Washer, dryer & washing detergent available for use.

Guest access
You have 100% space usage. Each room has closet space and dressers, the backyard is 100% assessable with a locked back gate. The gate remains locked without exiting.

Other things to note
You will have full access to the kitchen pantry and cabinets. You will find seasonings and various kitchen items which can be used in moderation. There’s a coffee maker, filters, coffee but you are welcomed to purchase your desired preference. There’s pots, pans, silverware, cups & wine glasses in the cabinets. Trailers are not allowed to be parked in the community, any trailer parked within the community will be towed . Our Home is Your Home !!

No Exceptions : $2500 Violation Fee
for having a Party, Smoking & bringing pets.
Prohibited 🚫No Firearms, Parties, Smoking inside the home and bringing Pets of any kind !! Quiet Time 11:00PM: No outside disturbances of any kind, no music, gatherings or loud conversations. Please respect the neighbors.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is cheerful, safe and family oriented. There are 2 free parking spaces with each unit right in front of the door, but there are several visitor parks, parking in unassigned space could result in towing. Convenience store, gas station, & supply store such as Dollar General next door, Family Dollar does carry frozen food, vegetables, beer, wine etc. There is also a playground in the neighborhood with slides for children.
