Guests can access the property through front door. Using the smart lock, simply punch in the four digit code provided and the door will unlock.

There is a tenant living downstairs who is a family friend of the host. He is very quiet and keeps to himself. There are no shared spaces besides a small portion of the backyard at the side of the house

Any inappropriate behaviour or breaking of the house rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction without refund.

We are located about 15 minutes away from Square One Shopping Mall, 4 minutes from University of Toronto Mississauga, 8 minutes from Cooksville Go Station and 12 minutes from Clarkson GO, and we have many local shops, plazas, grocery right within walking distance.
The local transit system (Mi Way) connects easily to all other GTA transit and makes getting around easy.
Located within 20 minutes is Port Credit beautiful boardwalk along the lake, plenty of green walking trails and parks, as well as scenic hiking trails near Mount Nemo and RattleSnake Point.
